The Marriott Hotel in Watertown Thousand Islands is located in an excellent location and is our Number 1 choice for a Hotel anytime we plan to stay overnight when we are in the area. The rooms are very clean and the complimentary breakfast is a bonus. There is plenty of no charge parking. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating to ensure their guests are well looked after. My wife especially liked the scenic blinds that were covering the windows is every room.

Breakfast was great! I really appreciated the eco-friendly environment and attention given to a variety of healthy and natural foods (you had oat milk and oatmeal with lots of dried fruit, pumpkin seeds, etc.!), as well as breakfast staples. As a tea drinker, I loved the variety of teas you had available! And... you had cookies for us in the lobby :) I cannot overstate how much I appreciated the large and very comfortable/adjustable desk set-up in the room! I had a lot of work to do while I was there, and had all the space I needed to spread out books and papers. Room was spacious and very clean. Lots of available parking and in a nice, quiet area away from all the traffic and noise. Location was excellent for us, as about 20 min. from Clayton (where my husband was attending an event) and close to the highway. Staff were warm, friendly and always helpful! A-1!

Breakfast was terrific, kids enjoyed making their own waffle, if you leave hungry it’s your fault. Lady very friendly that prepares the food. Very comfortable area, looks newly remodeled. Lady at the desk was very friendly, house keeping was very nice, even put pool toys out for the kids, have never seen this done before.

The location in relation to Ft Drum was convenient. The free WiFi and breakfast options were a plus. The bathroom came equipped with soaps and conditioners on the wall in case you forget. Inside facilities were also clean.

Very good variety of choice available for breakfast and 24hour tea and coffee available in reception. Large capacity washing machine and dryers for only 2 dollars each. Good location for our needs, plenty of shopping/ food outlets nearby if needed. Very easy route into Watertown.

The overall stay was great! Staff was amazing, the pool was great but did wish there was a hot tub. The room was laid out different than at other I’ve seen but I loved it. Location was close to everything and breakfast was decent!

I thought the breakfast area and the food choices were very nice, with several options. I was very pleased with the front desk staff person who came to my room to help me adjust the air conditioning. She was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. An added bonus was the Weinermobile parked in the parking lot. Everyone was taking selfies. Very cool.

It was clean, the breakfast was amazing and the lady working it did an excellent job staying on top of keeping all the items full. My favorite part was the shampoo,conditioner,and body wash that was in the shower on the wall, ever hotel should have this! Thank you so much!

Everything. From the staff to the comfortable room and the food! They already put two playpens in our room before we got there. Very very accommodating.
